Overview
Quiet Mind Companion is designed to support OCD and anxiety self-management.
We aim to keep data collection minimal.
Information we process
- On-device entries: notes, plans, and check-in information are stored on your device.
- Chat messages: messages are relayed to connected peers and are not retained by our server after delivery.
- Basic technical logs: limited operational logs may be used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
How information is used
- To provide app features you request.
- To maintain service stability and performance.
- To protect against misuse or harmful activity.
We do not sell personal information.
Data sharing
We may share limited information with infrastructure providers that host
the service (for example, cloud hosting) only as needed to operate the app.
Chat content is visible to participants in the same chat session. Avoid
sharing sensitive personal details in chat.
Retention
- On-device data remains until you delete it or remove the app.
- Relayed chat messages are not persistently stored by the server after delivery.
- Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations and security.
Your choices
- You can remove app data by deleting entries in the app and/or uninstalling the app.
- You can avoid sharing personal details in chat.
Children
This app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has
provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it if appropriate.
